It can be useful to know what woodworking resources other woodworkers are using and/or monitoring. This is why I decided to include this resource list that I created. I will update or change my woodworking resources list as required, so be sure to check back periodically. If you have any questions or comments about this list, please let me know. Also, If you would like me to add your site or channel to my woodworking resources list, send me an email with a link and I’ll check it out to see if it would benefit the woodworking community as a whole.

If you know of one that works better than the ones I use, let me know. I really need to devote more time to learning these programs… but that would take me away from other tasks/projects. I left Adobe Illustrator off of the list even though I have used it in the past.
Sketchup – For designing and drawing my plans.
Gimp – To edit and resize my pictures
Vegas Pro 13.0 – For compiling and editing videos
Camtasia Studio 8 – On the rare occasion I need to use screen capture
Sothink Logo Maker Professional – To crate my logos
Fraction Calculator Plus (on iPhone) – to easily do math involving fractions

Although this is not really related to woodworking, it is very much related to household maintenance. My father owns a heating and air conditioning business in Panama City, Florida and provides top-notch service to all of Bay County. If any of you live in the area and find yourself in need of AC repair, Beahan’s Heat and Air will be able to take care of you.
